Sonder x Sage Rat Carbonic Nebbiolo

A collaboration between two winemaking friends. This light bodied Nebbiolo is the ultimate summer red. This 100% Carbonic Nebbiolo falls somewhere in the spectrum of light bodied red to dark rosé. The fruit was farmed organically by Greg and Michelle Perrault of Tokki-Ya. Fruity & refreshing!! Served chilled.
