Sonder Pet-Cat

A pét-nat made of 100% Counoise, Sonder's limited release (only 50 cases produced) Pet-Cat is both delicious & fun. Translucent purple-red in color, it has a vibrant, strawberry zing on the palate with some follow-up spice character, with flavors of anise, and some late-arriving blueberries. Low on alcohol and high on flavor, this is quite simply, summer in a glass.
